What are “Bank-grade” valuations and how do you calculate them?

Propell shows lender-quality valuations powered by Hometrack (used by 9/10 UK lenders). Track current value, growth since purchase, and equity/LTV. You can also manually override the value if you have a survey or recent revaluation.

How it works

  • Open a property → Valuation card shows current value (Hometrack).
  • See change since purchase, equity, and LTV.
  • Click Adjust valuation to enter a manual value (optional) and add a note (e.g., “RICS survey, Sept 2025”).
  • All dashboards and insights update instantly.
