How do you show me live mortgage rates?
Summary
Propell providers users with a live lender feed from over 1000+ lenders, (basically the same screen your broker sees!) - products, rates, fees, APRC - plus tools to scenario-test refinance or cash release.
Why? not because we are replacing your broker, but because we are all human - we like browsing for ourselves, and then we can have an informed and effective chat with our brokers.
How it works
- Hit “live mortgage rates” from the Propell menu function.
- Use the drop down to select the property, from your portfolio, that you’d like to browse for
- Filter by product type, LTV, term, fees.
- See current valuation, potential rent, and return metrics alongside rates.
- Proceed with a Propell-approved broker (£500 standard fee) or contact your own broker.

- Know when to lock in a deal.
