What Insights does Propell give me for my portfolio?

Summary

A single view of portfolio value, equity, LTV, yields, and property specifics — combining Hometrack valuations, PropertyData rental comparables, recently sold prices, sq. ft, EPC, council tax band, title number, and more.

How it works

  • Portfolio dashboard → see Total value, Debt, Net equity, LTV.
  • Open a property → select “more insights”
  • Look at nearby rental comparables to see if you are undercharging, or nearby sold prices to validate the current value - if you’d like to release capital and redeploy to higher returning assets.
  • Flag under-performers and set tasks to review pricing or refinance.
