Getting Started with Your Free Trial
Propell offers a 7 day free trial so you can
experience the full platform before subscribing.
You’ll get unrestricted access to all features — property valuations, insights,
reminders, the Doc Hub, and more — with no credit card required.
Getting started only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Create your account
You can start your free trial in one of two ways:
- On the web: Visit propell.co.uk and click Start Free Trial.
- On Android: Download the Propell app from the Google Play Store.(The Apple iOS version is coming soon.)
- Once you’ve created your account, verify your email address, and you’ll be taken straight to your Portfolio Page, where you can begin adding your properties.
Step 2: Add your first property
The Intro will take you through how to add your first property
- Property address
- Monthly rent
- Mortgage or finance details (optional)
Propell will automatically: calculate your yield, return on equity, and total portfolio value — giving you instant insight into performance. It will also pull through tonnes of other insights, and photos too!
Step 3: Upload your key documents
Open the Doc Hub, Propell’s secure cloud storage.
Upload your insurance, certificates, and other documents using:
- Direct upload — drag and drop from your device
- Direct-email upload — send documents straight to your Doc Hub
- Smart AI-powered upload — automatically scans, names, and files documents in the right place
All files are encrypted and stored safely in your Propell cloud.
Step 4: Explore your valuations & insights
Each property automatically generates a bank-grade valuation based on live market data, showing:
- Current estimated value
- Value change since purchase
- Rental yield and capital growth
Your Portfolio Page shows the total value of your portfolio, equity, income, and performance metrics in real time.
Step 5: Check your reminders
Propell automatically sets up reminders for:
- Insurance renewals
- Gas safety & EPC expiries
- Mortgage term ends
You can also add custom reminders for maintenance, rent reviews, or anything else.
