Cancel or Pause
You can cancel your plan anytime directly from your account:
- Head to Membership in your dashboard.
- Click Cancel Plan.
- Your cancellation takes effect immediately.
If you’re on an annual plan, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining months.
There are no exit fees or penalties - Propell is designed for flexibility.
